1.    Reduce the size of bloated state government by eliminating the state Senate, and cutting the state House to 105 members.

 

2.   To provide real tax relief by allowing taxes to be graduated according to a citizen’s ability to pay.

 

3.  Make government at all levels accountable through term limits.

 

4. Eliminate costly and unnecessary positions of elected county officials.

 

5. Place the burden and cost of running the judicial system in Harrisburg, where it                             belongs.

 

6.   Provide for realistic and modern Homeland Security by bringing county Sheriffs’ duties into the 21st century.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

7. Improve our schools and equalize the funding of public education by establishing a constitutionally defined burden for the state’s share of funding.

 

8. To make sure state government works for the public, instead of themselves, by establishing tighter controls on changes to legislative districts, and requiring state-wide referendums to approve of pay-raises.

 

9. Bring to Pennsylvania’s citizens the modern democratic tools of initiative, referendum, and recall.

 

10. Ensure that our constitution remains relevant in changing times, by restoring the       automatic and periodic review of it, as was provided for originally.
